Upon receiving your order, you will have 7 days to return or exchange items you purchase. Kindly note that we do not issue refunds. This amount will be given as a one time disount code to be used on our website again. Please note that you are responsible for shipping cost.

Return Process

• Take photos of the product you want to return, describe the problem, and send it to stjewelryvault@gail.com. Use “Return request: Order number ” as your email subject line.
• Our customer support will respond to you within 24 hours.
• We will provide you with a detailed return address once your return request is approved. 

Please note that returned items must be in unused condition with the original packaging. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
