Return Process
- Take photos of the product you want to return, describe the problem, and send it to stjewelryvault@gail.com. Use “Return request: Order number ” as your email subject line.
- Our customer support will respond to you within 24 hours.
- We will provide you with a detailed return address once your return request is approved.
Please note that returned items must be in unused condition with the original packaging. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
