Upon receiving your order, you will have 7 days to return or exchange items you purchase. All defective products can be returned for a full refund or replacement. Please note that you are responsible for shipping cost.

- Take photos of the product you want to return, describe the problem, and send it to stjewelryvault@gmail.com. Use “Return request: Order number ” as your email subject line.

- Once your return request is approved,you will be refunded through the original payment method. You should be able to receive the reimbursement within 3 -7 business days once your return request is approved.
